Post Small Business Accounting Solutions
As small business owners, we tend to do everything ourselves, including the accounting.
Wouldn’t it be good to have:
• Your bank statement transactions automatically entered and allocated to the correct ledger codes?
• An easy process for keeping track of your cash spending?
• Up to date financial reporting every single day?
• A simple way to keep a debtor and credit ledger as well as raising and tracking the invoices?[/list]
Well, there is a way, that doesn’t involve buying and upgrading expensive software.
The headache of monthly accounting will simply go away.
Ask me if you want to find out more about this.

Accounting is merely counting up the money that you earn and what you spend.

But as most small business owners will tell you ...it's amazing how quickly that simple task can spiral out of control!

Today, there's simply no excuse for using the "shoe box" method for storing receipts. There are countless resources for the small business owner or entrepreneur to help keep track of what comes in, and out.

Completing a few courses in accounting would not be a bad idea. Courses are offered online through many colleges and can be completed at your leisure. Core accounting concepts learned in these courses will provide a better understanding in analyzing financial statements and the flow of full cycle accounting. Ultimately, as a business owner, your primary concern is going to be the information given on the income statement or profit and loss report. How much money is your business making? What service areas or products are selling more, and how much variable and fixed costs are affecting the bottom line? These are the questions that will be answered by reviewing the financial statements.
