Post The X-24 HOT Iron Set is the longest
The Callaway X-24 HOT Iron Set 4-SW with Steel Shafts is new from the makers of the No.1 irons in golf for the last 13 years. The X-24 HOT Iron Set is the longest, most accurate X Series iron ever. These clubs are powered by a consistently hot face that generates peak ball speeds for maximum distance with pinpoint accuracy.Good points, I just have some beginner irons, but my driver and hybrids I don't feel are that bad. I'm not terrible with the hybrids and driver I'm just very inconsistent. I was looking into getting some more irons as well though (I only have 6-PW). I think that my driver and hybrid play is honestly a lack of practice lol, not due to the poor quality of them (which they aren't but the irons are just beginner irons).I was in the same situation as you a few months ago. I couldnt decide on a set of irons. You and I seem to reach about the same score. Taylormade Rocketballz RBZ Irons I ended up picking up a set of the Diablo Edge irons. As much as i love these irons, i kinda wish i had spent that money on lessons first before i picked them up or even went to golfsmith to see what irons were right for me. The diablo's are really great. Havent had any trouble at all with them and the hybrids are amazing. Its near impossible to hit a poor shot with that club.good luck with whatever you go with.

There are two new sets of irons hitting stores in the next coming weeks worth a swing or two. Wilson golf has released their 3rd version of their award winning Ci irons (stands for "control iron"), with some new modifications and Callaway has launched their next generation of X irons with the new X-24 Hot Irons.Callaway has found a way to make the #1 iron models in Golf for the past 13 years even better. TaylorMade R11 Driver Callaway says these changes, "have created a longer, more accurate set (of irons) than any of their predecessors."Some features:PVD Stealth Finish - Looking much like the gun metal finish that Vokey and Cleveland used a few years back, Callaway has added a new glare resistant, darker finish.VFT Face Technology – this "hot" clubface with a large sweet spot is said to maximize ball speed on all shots.Perimeter Weighting – Callaway has added some weight in the perimeter of this new design to maximize MOI on off-center hits.
