Post What should I know?
As I mentioned in my intro I'm looking to start a new consultancy, focusing on IT writing in the new year. Ive been doing it as a freelancer for a while now, but I'm sure employing people and being responsible for them may bring new challenges and headaches.

What should I be considering at this point?

What shoulf you know? - The business start-up survey was really quite useful for me (on the main my1stbusiness site - under Business Forms)
