Post The best forged cavity for MP-63 Irons
I'm a 4.8 hcp looking to go back to forged blades, stumbled upon the Mizuno MP 63 Irons's and they looked like the perfect club between baldes & cavity back. Great looking set of irons. The Mizuno MP-63 is much easier to hit than expected at first glance, has a much higher ball flight than normal blades and still give you a great blade feel. Easy to work the ball (draw/fade), still working on lowering my ball flight with these but I know it will come with more reps. I've had or demoed some really nice Mizuno MP 63 Irons and these are way up there. They've got a really low ball flight but the distances are very consistent. It's very workable and only the mp 68's surpass it. The 68's have better feel and workability so if you're a good ball striker, I would get them from the local golf clubs shop. They're both very nice clubs.

The design goal of the Mizuno MP 63 Irons was to take the profile attributes of the Grain Flow Forged MP-62 (head size, top line, offset, sole width) so prolific on the world's tours and create an improvement in both feel and versatility. The sole of the Mizuno MP 63 Ironsincludes the visible 360° grind on the trailing edge for precise turf interaction that delivers complete shot versatility. Mizuno's first ever reverse flow within the set, means the 63's longer irons are larger than the very compact short irons - ensuring a new balance of forgiveness and precision. The Mizuno MP 63 Irons gave me great distance control as expected and they were just as long as any other iron i have ever hit. Originally i was ...Read full reviewtorn between the 53's & 63's so i visited my local golf store and tested them both, on the LM i was getting higher ball speeds and further carry distance with the 63's compared to the MP-53's. I'm glad that I purchased the mp 63's and i know they will improve my game!
