I am always finding a good and suitable iron for my golfing. Up to now, it appears, it is the TaylorMade R11 Irons. In my glory days I was right around scratch and played a lot of golf - during 2003 I played 250+ rounds. TaylorMade R11 Irons Now I am closer to a 10, but mostly due to a one or two stupid holes in a round. I still consider myself a solid ball striker with a fundamentally solid swing. Currently my weakness is off the tee and I would consider my wedge game my strength. Callaway RAZR X Irons If I keep the ball in the fairway off the tee my score decreases dramatically. I hit the ball an above average distance.

I really didn't know what to expect when I went into this. Someone I really respect, and a player in every sense of the word, transitioned from playing forged blades to Burner 2.0s and told me to enter it with an open mind. I did, and even then I wasn't sure if I could talk myself into the change even if I liked the look and feel (I feel shallow even saying that…). I believe that will lead tbesnext times.
