Good day everyone. New here but I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction. We run a South African based hosting company with mostly globally dispersed servers. We cater for some of the largest advertising, media and financial institutions in the World. That said we are finding it very challenging to recruit experienced BEE staff with Linux administration skills and the experience required for this job. To say this is an easy job would be an absolute understatement with what we require from this administrator is an understanding of any cast networking and previous experience with Linux HA deployments on mission critical systems and Internet core routers. Since this is a BEE based forum I was wondering if someone could give us advise on a good job recruitment agency that could help us in the search for such an individual?
