Nelson Mandela’s love didn’t do much for employment levels. But South Africans rallied. They went home, cleared out their garages and started small businesses. Many have thrived. But the taxes of small business remain a mess simply because small businesses cannot afford accountants. Indeed, accountants have had it so good that they have managed to dump their smaller clients through “minimum fee policies†|
