Entrepreneurs in South Africa and especially those starting or running SMMEs need to dream big and perform to their potential. How often do we get the impression that some small business owners are simply out there to survive rather than make it big? Launching the SA Micro-Finance Apex Fund (SAMAF) here on Tuesday, Trade and Industry Minister Mandisi Mpahlwa said many SMMEs tended to be in business for subsistence purposes only.
