My fiance and I recently purchased an existing and profitable business from a friend. The transition was easy for the customer base, but we have seen a slump since purchasing it and not gotten the expected revenues that we expected. However, we know this slump will go away, but just for all of those business owners out there, I caution you to be prepared financially for some unexpected turn in the roads! |

you need to review the operations and marketing policies of the business.You should audit the accounts of the enterprise as well.I hope you will be able to find the mistake which causing you loss ever since you have purchased this business. |
