When I want to buy golf clubs, most of my friends always recommend Ping to me. They said Ping are one of the most famouse golf company and their irons are commonly used by many people. At first, I do not believe what they said, however, after I try the Ping G20 Irons, I believe them. How fantastic they are! They are just tailored for me.I have owned Cleveland CG Reds, Cobra S3 Max, and Adams A7OS irons and these Pings are in an entirely new level. The heads are weighted perfect to get the ball up in the air and straight. I typically have problems with slicing my driver and either topping the ball or hitting it on the toe of my irons. ping irons g20When they did the Ping fitting on me, I found out I needed the Yellow dot which totally surprised me.
I am 5'-9" tall with normal length torso and arms so I believed, and so did the fitter, that I would be a black dot, but that simply was not the case. I went ahead and ordered the set Yellow Dot 5-PW, GW, & SW although I worried the fitting was wrong. After receiving the ping g20, I immediately went to the driving range and quickly confirmed the fitting was perfect. At first my distance was about 10 yards short, but as I got more comfortable with the g20 irons and my new more relaxed swing thanks to finally having a set of irons that actually fit me, the distance came right back to where it should be. The biggest thing I noticed is that when I do hit the ball on the toe of the club, the distance loss is almost not noticeable and the ball is still straight as an arrow. If you are looking for a set of irons that WILL improve your ball striking abilities, this is it!!!! I absolutely love these clubs, good job Ping.
