I have had many great business ideas and never followed through. I'm 30 now and a single mom to my baby boy. This has made me finally decide to go all the way.

But i'm sure like all other entrepeneurs a little advice along the way is always needed.

I am about to join ventures with other members and am afraid of drawing the short straw. This is my venture that has basically fallen into my lap and i don't want to loose it. Any help in how to protect myself? and benefit from joint venturing?
