My name is Adrian Hill and I own a company called Hillcraft. My company has been running formally for 2 years. We manufacture a variety of electronic products such as Industrial PLCs, low power swimming pool lights, USB flight simulator radio control interfaces, and a number of other weird and wonderful products. We have a number of large national and international customers.

We are growing, with many, many growing pains. I have probably made every single business mistake that one can make. But I have learned from them. I have actually passed the stress breaking point. You know the point where you say, the car is totally out of control, but I will hang on to the controls for dear life, because I know that, either, I will die trying or, I will gain control!

The more I learn about running a business, the more I realize that I need to learn. I have been unable to find a local company willing to support me in my en devour to build my business. I do not wish to speculate on the reason for this, because my views might be influenced by my personal experiences as a pale male. There are many companies out there that will advise me for a fee, but I cannot financially afford to subscribe to the notion of “Making money out of those that want to make moneyâ€

Ha, it is 22H08. I am now working at the house. Some people say that I need a life. But I have a life, my work, my hobby and my relaxation is all wrapped up in one word Hillcraft. I am quite content to sit here and research on the internet, talk to you, and stress about the fact that my cashflow is up the creek.
